A perfect list for the party of the summer

As the article name suggests, this is” a perfect list for the party of the summer.”

What would summer be without a mega party? If it’s up to you to organize a festive gathering, do not panic! Here is a checklist of everything that should not be forgotten.

When the date is chosen, you must send the invitations. Predict to do so at least four to six weeks in advance.

Make an inventory of what you have and make a list of what you need to borrow, buy or rent:

  • Chairs
  • Tables
  • Tablecloths
  • Napkins
  • Plates
  • Glasses
  • Utensils
  • Services Utensils
  • Serving dishes and stoves
  • Coolers
  • Bottle-opener

If the party is held outdoors, plan a place so your guests can be in the shade or shelter from the weather: it may be wise to rent a tent or marquee. Renting a generator should be considered to meet your electrical needs: lights, music, stoves, etc. Consider renting mobile health toilet to avoid the back and forth in your home.

Food and drinks

It is recommended to serve appetizers when the party starts, to be sure that your guests do not drink alcohol on an empty stomach. Consider serving mocktails. Do not forget the ice!

Small items scattered here and there add personality and conviviality to your party:

  • Flowers
  • Balloons and streamers
  • Candles (with citronella to repel mosquitoes)
  • Accessories in connection with the theme of the day

This is the key element that determines the success of your party:

  • Music (prepare your compilations in advance or hire a DJ)
  • Lighting
  • Games for adults
  • Games for children (it is possible to rent cheap bouncy)

Good party!
