…it’s all a Brunch

In Ottawa, the delicious brunch and panoramic of excellence is tasted … at the museum! The Museum Café, more precisely, the upscale restaurant at the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Gatineau. Shaped half moon and decorated in warm colors, the place offers an exceptional view of the Outaouais River and Parliament. Chief George Laurier will offer a showcase of the best regional products, it features in its lunch table d’hote and his famous Sunday brunch. It includes the traditional lunch, but with original variants or healthy, such as wild boar sausages and poultry grain, for example. The buffet also offers a wide variety of cold salad, buffalo, rainbow trout, wild mushrooms and regional cheeses.
